If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that person.
To register and maintain an Account on kings.ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
kings.ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kings.ph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kings.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kings.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
kings.ph reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and at any other time deemed appropriate. KYC checks may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All transactions on the kings.ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. kings.ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kings.ph accepts no responsibility.
Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kings.ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
kings.ph does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transactions. All funds deposited must originate from a legitimate source, and by depositing funds you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may not be able to process withdrawals until all required documentation has been submitted and approved.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. kings.ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
kings.ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security checks. kings.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Real-money Balance that has not been subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.
kings.ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation.

All Game outcomes on the kings.ph Platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. kings.ph does not manipulate Game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each Game are available within the Game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. kings.ph is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical malfunctions beyond the voided round.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each Game interface. kings.ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kings.ph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
kings.ph reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players who self-exclude from kings.ph are prohibited from attempting to register new Accounts or circumvent the exclusion by any other means. Any Account registered in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and any Balance held therein will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
kings.ph enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately and conduct an age verification investigation. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kings.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
kings.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kings.ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kings.ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
kings.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kings.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting kings.ph customer support. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Termination of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
