• To process deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via your chosen payment method.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, money laundering, and other illegal activities.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting requirements under PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To send you transactional communications relating to your Account, such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts.
• To send you promotional communications about kings.ph offers and new games, where you have opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time.

• To improve the kings.ph Platform, including analysing usage patterns and conducting internal research and analytics.
• To enforce our Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

kings.ph processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you, including operating your Account, processing transactions, and providing gaming services.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, and age verification requirements.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for the legitimate interests of kings.ph, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent, such as the sending of marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

7. Sharing Your Data

kings.ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors (such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable law.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: We may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies where required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Anti-fraud and AML compliance: We may share data with fraud prevention agencies and financial intelligence units where necessary to detect, prevent, or report suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the kings.ph business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent data protection obligations.
• With your consent: We may share your data with third parties where you have given your explicit consent for us to do so.

kings.ph requires all third parties with whom personal data is shared to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process data only for the specified purpose.

8. Data Retention

kings.ph retains your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for such additional period as is required to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. In general:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under Philippine law.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Customer support communications are retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Technical and usage data collected via cookies and server logs is retained for a period of up to twelve (12) months, unless a longer retention period is required for security or fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

9. Data Security

kings.ph implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the kings.ph Platform.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and identity documents.

While kings.ph takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for notifying kings.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

kings.ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including web beacons and local storage) to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the Platform.

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly, including maintaining your login session and enabling secure transactions. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as language settings and display options, to provide a more personalised experience.

12. Minors

The kings.ph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. kings.ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If kings.ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

If you believe that a minor has registered an Account on kings.ph, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.

13. International Data Transfers

kings.ph primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting or technical support services — kings.ph ensures that such transfers are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

International transfers are conducted only where adequate data protection safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements that impose obligations equivalent to those required under Philippine law. kings.ph does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards.

14. Policy Amendments

kings.ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. Where changes are material, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the kings.ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
